  • Each Reverie item is thoughtfully made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before your order ships. Processing time doesn’t include shipping time, so be sure to factor that in when ordering for a special occasion!

Shipping Details. 

  • Shipping timelines depend on your location and the carrier.
  • Once a package leaves our hands, delivery speed and delays are out of our control (though we wish we could hand-deliver each one ourselves!).
  • Double-check your address at checkout, its tough for us to refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.
  • Reverie offers flat shipping of $6 for domestic orders and $15 for international orders. This means that if the actual cost of shipping is higher, I will cover the difference and that cost will never get passed to you!

All Sales Final.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If if you have any concerns about an order, just talk to me about it, I will always try to make things right ♡ 
  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, just DM and photos so I can help. I will always work with you to send a replacement or remedy the situation the best I can.

  • Everything you see here, our product designs, images, logos, and text,  belongs to Reverie Pet Shoppe. Please don’t use or share any of it without written permission.

  • We respect your privacy and only use your information to fulfill your order and offer customer support. We’ll never sell your info, ever.
